SHIPPING

For UK shipping, we use Royal Mail's 24-hour tracked service. Once your item is ready according to our processing times, it should arrive within 24 hours of postage.  A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

For international shipping, we use Royal Mail International Tracked, with delivery typically taking 5-7 working days from dispatch. A tracking number will also be provided. Please note that customs or weather-related delays may extend delivery times. Customs or Import duties may apply to your order.

We are not responsible for any customs or import fees. Customers are responsible for ensuring any fees are paid. And are responsible for any delays in postage. 

Please ensure that there is a secure location for deliveries, as we cannot be held accountable for any stolen mail.

If you need an order by a specific date, we recommend contacting us in advance via email so that we can discuss timings and determine what is possible.

Customised / personalised items are non-refundable.

refunds are only issued if parcel is redeemed lost by the courier (this can take 90+ days for international postage) 

USA CUSTOMERS. We are now shipping to the USA using Royal Mail. All US shipping pricing is inclusive of DDP. This means that there should not be any extra fees due to the new tariffs (10% Customs Fee) when receiving your item as these will be paid to Royal Mail, in the UK, before your item is shipped.
